The objective of this module is to provide students with an expert knowledge of current models of stress and coping research that allow them to analyze and evaluate applications in the health field, as well as design research protocols in this field.
Stress study models (psychological, psychosocial and transactional)
Methodology of stress assessment (objective, self-report and ecological longitudinal measurements).

This subject will be developed in two parts, the first will be an update of research in the field of stress, coping and health. In these sessions, part of the time will be devoted to the presentation of the teachers, another to the discussion of readings provided prior to moodle and the remaining time (approximately a half of the total) to the realization of individual or group exercises.
The second part of the subject will be carried out with a learning methodology based on challenges which will consist of developing, in groups, a research project in the field of stress, coping and health structured in five sequential challenges. The sessions will consist of group meetings tutored by the teaching staff.
Annotation: Within the schedule set by the centre or degree programme, 15 minutes of one class will be reserved for students to evaluate their lecturers and their courses or modules through questionnaires.
