Activities outside the classroom:
Carrying out readings that, together with the materials available on the subject's Virtual Campus, will accompany the contents worked in the classroom. These readings will serve:
1) for the preparation of an individual knowledge test to be carried out with respect to the theoretical part of the course;
2) an essay to be held in the second part of the course;
3) the development of an assignment in which theoretical concepts will be applied.

The final grade will be expressed in a range between 0 and 10 points, with 5 being the minimum score for one to be approved in this course. The calculation of the final grade will be carried out once two conditions are met:
a) To have submitted the three forms of evaluation;
b) To have a grade equal to or greater than four (=> 4) in the essay, the assignment and the final exam altogether. The final grade for the course will be computed as the weighted average of the grade of the 3 assessment activities, according to the corresponding weight of each one.
Those who do not pass (=> 5) the subject will be able to apply for an extra valuation within the same call. In these cases, the maximum grade will not exceed 5.
In the event that tests or exams cannot be taken onsite, they will be adapted to an online format made available through the UAB’s virtual tools (the original weighing will be maintained). Homework, activities and class participation will be carried out through forums, wikis and/or discussion on Teams, etc. Instructors will ensure that students are able to access these virtual tools, or will offer them feasible alternatives.
In the event of a student committing any irregularity that may lead to a significant variation in the grade awarded to an assessment activity, the student will be given a zero for this activity, regardless of any disciplinary process that may take place. In the event of several irregularities in assessment activities, the student will receive a zero as the final grade for the class.
