Per cursar aquest mòdul, cal haver cursat prèviament els mòduls "Història i civilització egípcia I" i "Història i civilització egípcia II" del primer curs del màster.
Breu descripció de continguts del mòdul
Història d'Egipte des del Regne Nou fins a l'Època Grecoromana, a partir de la interpretació de les fonts arqueològiques, iconogràfiques i textuals i prestant especial atenció als fenòmens socials, polítics i diplomàtics, així com a les relacions d'Egipte amb les civilitzacions del Mediterrani oriental i del Pròxim Orient i d'África (Núbia) durant el I mil·lenni a.C. i a la incorporació d'Egipte en l'imperi d'Alexandre i en el món hel·lenístic i romà i la progressiva desarticulació dels fonaments de la civilització faraònica. La societat egípcia: estaments socials i organització dels àmbits socials (elits, comunitats urbanes, comunitats aldeanes). El parentiu, la família extensa i el clientelisme. L'Estat faraònic: estructura i funcionament de l'administració. Geografia, ecologia, economia i geopolítica a l'antic Egipte. Estudis de gènere: la dona en l'antic Egipte. Aspectes sociológics i antropològics: sexualitat, intimitat, identitat, territorialitat, marginació, estrangeria. Tots estos continguts són abordats des de l'especialització, és a dir, a partir de la discussió crítica dels plantejaments més recents i de les últimes tendències d'anàlisi en estes matèries.

HISTÒRIA SOCIAL I ECONÒMICA DE L'ANTIC EGIPTE

Horari: De dilluns a divendres, del 19 al 30 d'abril de 2021, de 18 a 20h.
El curs versarà sobre l'organització de l'espai en l'Egipte faraònic, els problemes d'interpretació derivats d'un ús parcial de la cartografia ("fronteres", "sobiranies", "estats", etc.), la utilització de l'espai per grups socials diversos i les estratègies emprades per cadascun (pastors, nòmades, la pròpia monarquia faraònica, etc.). També s'abordarà l'existència de pols alternatius de poder establerts en certes zones de la Vall del Nil (especialment l'Egipte Mitjà) i com les seues estratègies perseguixen el control dels fluxos de riquesa que travessen Egipte, de vegades reconeixent l'autoritatdels faraons i en altres casos perseguint una major autonomia política. En definitiva, els continguts del curs se situen en l'encreuament entre la història social, econòmica, política i geopolítica.
PROGRAMA DE LES CLASSES:
Primera setmana (19-23 abril): geografia física, paisatges construïts, espais diferenciats i xarxes de circulació;
Segona setmana (26-30 abril): espais i poblacions, usos del territori, conflictes identitats, captura de circuits comercials.
El treball personal de l'alumne consistirà en:
a) Estudi.
b) Lectures obligatòries, realització de treballs i pràctiques, preparació d'exposicions a classe, exercicis de traducció i anàlisi de fonts textuals, exercicis d'interpretació de fonts iconogràfiques i arqueològiques, estudis de cas, lectura crítica de bibliografia, consulta de repertoris de fonts i dels principals instruments bibliogràfics i obres de referència de la disciplina.
Qualsevol activitat presencial que per les circumstàncies no poguera realitzar-se, es realitzarà en manera on-line.

La qualificació final del mòdul serà la mitjana ponderada de les notes finals de les quatre matèries que el composen (en funció del seu creditatge).

Primera part: Del Regne Nou a l'Època Saïta
Es realitzarà per mitjà de 3 exàmens, 2 seminaris i 5 anàlisis breus de fonts primàries
Exàmens:
1- DIMECRES 11 de NOVEMBRE de 2020: classes 1-7 i lectures obligatòries. De 16 a 18h.
2- DIMECRES 10 de FEBRER de 2021: classes 9-16 i materials obligatoris inclosos. De 16 a 18h.
3- DIMARTS 13 d'ABRIL de 2021: classes 18-22 i materials obligatoris inclosos. De 16 a 18h.
Cada examen valdrà un 20% de la nota total.
Seminaris :
Es dedicaran a discutir qüestions històriques concretes, tenint en compte una bibliografia obligatòria. Es tindrà en compte la participació de l'alumne. L'alumne serà preguntat i també es valorarà la capacitat de discussió i debat. Cada seminari tindrà un valor del 10% de la nota total.

La classe es dividirà en dos grups. El primer participarà de 10 a 12 i el segon de 12 a 14h.

La classe es dividirà en dos grups. El primer participarà de 10 a 12 i el segon de 12 a 14h, en ordre contrari al primer seminari.
Tema central: Quan i per què es produeix la “supressió” del PSA Amenhetep? quin paper exerceixen personatges com el PSA Amenhetep, Panehesi, Paiankh i Herihor?
Anàlisi de fonts primàries:
Els alumnes han de formar grups de 3 persones com a màxim. Al llarg del curs s'entregaran fins a 5 peces (dibuixos o fotografies de peces egípcies) que hauran d'analitzar tant pel seu contingut iconogràfic com epigràfic. Els treballs no hauran d'estendre's més de dues pàgines (incloent la peça, comentaris, traduccions, anàlisis i bibliografia). Qüestions importants a resoldre: la cronologia més precisa de la peça, fases d'ús (si tinguera modificacions), comprensió de la iconografia, situar el seu possible origen (localitat i tipus d'estructura a la qual va poder pertànyer), etc., és a dir, donar un sentit complet a la peça.
Des del moment del lliurament de la peça cada grup tindrà dues setmanes de termini per a entregar el treball. El valor total d'aquests treballs serà d'un 20% del total de l'assignatura.

HISTÒRIA SOCIAL I ECONÒMICA DE L'ANTIC EGIPTE
Consistirà en l'elaboració d'un breu treball final inspirat bé en un problema històric precís bé en la lectura i comentari d'un article significatiu.
La participació activa a classe (preguntes, lectures de les obres proposades, etc.) contribuirà també a la qualificació final.
Procediment de revisió de les qualificacions
Les qualificacions dels exàmens, les proves breus o els treballs podran ser revisades en seu de tutoria personal o virtual, en les hores de tutories dels professors.
Procés de recuperació
Per aprovar el mòdul cal aprovar les quatre matèries que el composen. En cas que un alumne no superi una o més matèries, els professors fixaran les dates de les eventuals proves de recuperació o de lliurament dels eventuals treballs. Aquestes dates no seran mai posteriors a un mes des de la data de la prova o lliurament originals.
En cas que l’estudiant realitzi qualsevol irregularitat que pugui conduir a una variació significativa de la qualificació d’un acte d’avaluació, es qualificarà amb 0 aquest acte d’avaluació, amb independència del procés disciplinari que s’hi pugui instruir. En cas que es produeixin diverses irregularitats en els actes d’avaluació d’una mateixa assignatura, la qualificació final d’aquesta assignatura serà 0.
En cas que les proves no es puguin fer presencialment s’adaptarà el seu format (mantenint-ne la ponderació) a les possibilitats que ofereixen les eines virtuals de la UAB. Els deures, activitats i participació a classe es realitzaran a través de fòrums, wikis i/o discussions d’exercicis a través de Teams, etc. El professor o professora vetllarà perquè l'estudiant hi pugui accedir o li oferirà mitjans alternatius, que estiguin al seu abast.
