Objectives and Contextualisation

The aim of the course is to bring undergraduate students to the field of Labor Law in a comprehensive sense, this is the legal relationships that derive from the employment contract, trade union relations, in the Social Security , in labor court and in matters of technical liability.

An approach that will be approached from both a theoretical and practical perspective, with the involvement of students in the progressive development of the subject.

  • Communicate information , ideas, problems and solutions to both specialised and non-specialised publics.

  • Plan and coordinate the resources of the three large subsystems that interact in questions of security: people, technology and infrastructures.

  • Use the capacity for analysis and synthesis to solve problems.
  • Work in institutional and interprofessional networks.

Each topic will have a practice to solve in class in group, and that constitutes the continuous evaluation.
