Assessment

It is essential to approve the TFG to deliver the documents mentioned (Introduction and final written work) and make the oral presentation within the established deadlines, as the opposite case implies a "non-evaluable".

The enrolled student who does not present the TFG in the month of June, will be able to appear in a announcement the month of January of the following course. In this case, you will have to re-enroll in the subject.

The presentation and public exhibition is obligatory and will consist of the oral defense of the TFG before a court, of which will form part who tutors the work that previously will have to give his approval. TFG in group cannot be given since the academic norm of the UAB establishes in its article 119.4. that "the evaluation of the work will always be individual, even if the activity has been elaborated collectively". Therefore, the presentation and defense of the work will always be individual.

The TFG has no recovery, in accordance with current regulations. There is only one call. The TFG is excluded from the compensation evaluation mechanism as specified in article 122 of the UAB Academic Regulations. The evaluation by compensation is a mechanism that allows the compensation of qualifications between asignaturas of a degree and that is regulated in the academic rule of the UAB. In the case of the TFG, enrolled students who have not provided the teaching staff with any type of evidence of learning throughout the course are considered "non-evaluable".

Therefore, if for example a student enrolls and delivers to the teachers linked to this subject any evidence of learning related to the TFG (ex in February the writing of Introduction to the TFG) but does not deliver the global text of the TFG, yes will be considered evaluable and will receive a grade.

EVALUATION

For the assignment of the note of each one of the three components of the continuous evaluation will follow the evaluation by rubrics, that will do public in Moodle to the beginning of the course.

The final grade will be obtained as follows: Introduction: The 60% written part is divided into: Introduction 10% and written work 50%. And the public oral presentation: 40%

The grades used in the TFG will be those of the 0-10 scale, with a single decimal. Given the peculiarity of the TFG, for the award of the "Honorary Enrollment" the degree will designate a committee (which may coincide with the faculty of the Teaching Committee) that takes into account 75% of the grade of the TFG and 25 %the grade of the student's transcript of the last two years (3ºand 4º).

The student may request a regular review of the grade with the coordinator. The review of the coordinator must be personal and individualized and before the closing date of the minutes of the TFG. The student may request from the coordinator a copy of the evaluations of the work done by the tutor and the other two members of the panel (These copies of the reports are the documentary evidence required to request the members of the panel (These copies of the reports are the documentary evidence required to request the extraordinary review.) Once the review has been made and the student's allegations have been heard, the coordinator, in agreement with the tutor, may maintain or modify the grade.

The copying or plagiarism of material, documents, publications, etc. in the TFG it will suppose a qualification of zero. Remember that a work that reproduces all or most of the work of another partner is considered a "copy". "Plagiarism" is the act of presenting all or part of a text by an author as one's own, without citing sources, whether on paper or in digital format. See UAB documentation on "plagiarism" at: http://wuster.uab.es/web_argumenta_obert/unit_20/sot_2_01.html
